Raipur. Students are having a hard time waiting for the certificates to be provided by Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University (PRSU). Currently, about 1500 of such degrees are stuck with university management indicating the chancellor's foreign visit to be the major reason. Significantly, the certificates can not be distributed to students without being signed by the chancellor. This is causing problems especially to those students who without their degrees in hands can not apply for jobs outside the state as well as those who desire to take their further studies. Principal of Adarsh Government Higher Secondary School Centre Dr. Gajendra informed that examination will be conducted on five subjects. On the first day, 96 examinees each from Balod and Gurur appeared in the examination while 4 candidates remained absent. In Dondi Centre, 97 out of 99 appeared in the examination while 2 candidates were absent.

Applicants can apply at forwarding Centre by 20th June with normal fee and by 30th June with late fee of Rs. 500. A total of 564 students had appeared in the examination of which 365 students were able to clear the examination. Examination was conducted during March-April.
